After we complete the cleaning process on your carpet, it usually dries within 2-4 hours. Our carpet extractor removes all the excess water leaving a damp finish. Your carpet WILL NOT be soaking wet.
Ideally we would prefer if you have the room or area prepared for the service so you can secure your personal belongings. If bigger pieces of furniture cannot be removed we will try out best to work under or around it.
No. There are no hidden fees. Once you receieve your quote then you can rest assured that price is final, unless you decide to add on an additional service. In that case you will receieve a new quote.
